May 2021 marked the one-year anniversary for Cove Flooring & Design at their new 200 Market Street, Martinsburg, PA location. And it was a remarkably busy year! Cordell and Cara Ebersole, owners of Cove Flooring & Design, understand the importance of serving their communities and are thrilled to have been well received by The Cove and surrounding areas. They added products and services, and increased their volume of business with both residential customers and commercial contractors, and adjusted to accommodate their customers in the showroom, in their homes, and businesses during COVID-19,
According to Cara Ebersole, the first year at their new location exceeded expectations. ?We expanded our carpet, hardwoods, vinyl, and ceramic product lines, added new products such as the Schulter Systems for waterproofing new showers installations, and added a new product by Meraki Custom Finishes that offers unique finishes for all surfaces,? commented Cara. ?We offer turnkey service from measurement and design, to providing products, pre-installation improvements if needed, full new installation, and always service after the job is completed.? Cara shared that they can do the all the work without the customer needing to find a contractor. ?Often our customers? floors needed repairs before installation of the new floor coverings. This meant finding a contractor to do additional work before starting the new installation. Now we can offer full service from start to finish.?
The first year also included making updates to the building while keeping the historical integrity, both inside and outside. Cara and Corey Ebersole are a family owned and operated business. They proudly welcomed their daughter, Noelle Ebersole, to the sales team this year who has been a great help introducing customers to the expanded product lines and services.
